You can check the status of your order and change your personal information anytime by logging into your account. Please note the lead-time is an approximate time to process your order provided by our suppliers and does not include ship time.
Placing an Order
You may place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Organic Baby Chick's website. Ordering online is as easy as clicking the 'Buy Now' button inside any of the product boxes and then following the subsequent instructions.
Payment & Sales Tax
Organic Baby Chick accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We currently do not accept checks, wire transfers, or money orders. Payments are processed at the time of your order.
Organic Baby Chick operates out of California and is required to collect 8.75% sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. Customers who live outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
At this time, international orders cannot be processed via our website. Please click the link below to fill out a form so one of our sales representatives can assist you with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 21 days of receipt, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange excluding the shipping and handling costs. The customer is responsible for outbound shipping charges even if the item was originally shipped free of charge. Please ship your package UPS or insured parcel post to insure your package arrives free of damages.
Large items can incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Custom items including personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will send you replacement parts for any damages.

Organic Baby Chick ships orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order. Please contact customer service as soon as possible by clicking the link below, and we will do everything we can to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
